Securing your date is simple: we send a payment link for a small deposit, and you pay the rest before we sail. VAT (5%) is applied to the final total. If you need to change plans, you can do so for free up to 48 hours before the trip. In case of bad weather warnings from the authorities, we will reschedule you or refund the deposit immediately.

Every single guest needs a valid physical ID. This can be a passport or an Emirates ID. We have to send the guest list to the Coast Guard before we can untie the ropes, so please have these ready.

If the Coast Guard stops us from sailing due to weather, you get a full refund or a free reschedule. For personal changes, you can cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before your booking.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. Alcohol is fine if consumed responsibly. All our boats have Bluetooth sound systems, so you can be the DJ. By the way, we can also organize Canal yacht tours if you prefer city views over open water.
