Securing your yacht is simple. A 50% deposit locks in your date and time. You can pay the balance 48 hours before the trip. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Once confirmed, you'll get a digital voucher with all the details. If you need to cancel, do so at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. All rates are inclusive of 5% VAT.

Certainly. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments and meals, including alcoholic beverages, provided they are for personal use. Please avoid red wine to protect the teak decks. Alternatively, we can arrange professional catering or a live BBQ setup if you prefer a hassle-free experience.

Yes, swimming is permitted on trips lasting at least 3 hours, provided it is during daylight hours and weather conditions are favorable. The captain will stop at a safe, designated anchorage. Please note that night swimming is strictly prohibited by local maritime regulations.

Guest safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard issues a weather warning or the captain deems conditions unsafe, we will reschedule your event at no extra cost. If a new date cannot be arranged, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.

Kids are very welcome on board! We provide life jackets in all sizes, including for toddlers. Adult supervision is required at all times for safety. Let us know the number of children and their ages beforehand so we can prepare the vessel accordingly.

All guests must carry their original ID (Passport or Emirates ID) as per Coast Guard rules. We suggest bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat. We provide fresh towels, ice, water, and soft drinks, plus a sound system for your music.

Most charters depart from Dubai Marina. You will receive a precise location pin and boarding details via WhatsApp 24 hours prior to your event. While public parking is available, we recommend using taxis or private transfers for a smoother arrival.
