Nakhoda & Pearl Charter Terms

To reserve any of our 88 yachts and boats, guests must pay a 30 % deposit. We do not hold calendar dates without this payment. The remaining balance is due prior to departure from Dubai Marina or Dubai Harbour. Charter prices range from 600 AED to 18,900 AED per hour, with a minimum duration of 2 hours. All quoted rates include VAT, a licensed captain, crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Requests for additional services such as catering, water sports, or transfers are confirmed separately in the chat.

Guests may bring their own food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, onto the vessel with zero corkage fees. We also provide optional catering, BBQ menus, and bar services upon request. Vessel capacities range up to 90 guests depending on the specific craft chosen, which spans from 33 ft to 164 ft in length. All guests must follow the safety instructions of the licensed captain and crew throughout the duration of the trip.

Every charter booked with Nakhoda & Pearl includes comprehensive insurance alongside a professional crew and standard safety gear. Optional extras, including jet skis, flyboards, paddle boards, sound systems, live entertainment, and photographers, must be arranged in advance during your WhatsApp consultation. Nakhoda & Pearl operates daily from 9:00 to 23:00 GST, providing direct assistance for all operational matters exclusively through our primary chat channel.

If adverse weather conditions prevent sailing, you have the choice to select a new date in the chat or receive a full refund of your payment. No passport or ID is required to board our vessels. If you need to change your itinerary or adjust details, please message us directly. Our team responds to all booking inquiries and schedule updates within 15 minutes, daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST via WhatsApp.
